Goldhill Glazing Takes on the Dorset Plane Pull for Wessex Cancer Support

Away from windows and doors, Kyle, Liam and I recently swapped our tools for a rope and took part in the Dorset Plane Pull in Bournemouth, raising money for Wessex Cancer Support.

Pulling a Plane for a Good Cause

I can safely say pulling a plane is a lot harder than fitting windows. It took everything we had to get it moving, but we got there in the end, and we each came away with a medal and £250 raised between us for a brilliant charity.

Why Wessex Cancer Support

Wessex Cancer Support helps people living with cancer, and their families, across the Wessex region, with emotional and practical support when it is needed most. Cancer touches so many families, including plenty of the people we work with, and we were glad to do our bit.
